Refund policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something’s not right, we’ll help make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In the original packaging

With all tags attached
To begin a return, contact us. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
Note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out right away so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, the best approach is to return your item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
